    I recently moved to Malcom flats in Minneapolis, and I must say it has been a fantastic experience. This apartment complex truly offers a cozy and convenient living environment that exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the location is ideal. Situated in the heart of Minneapolis, the apartment is within close proximity to a variety of amenities, including restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.     breeze. Upon entering the apartment, I was greeted with a well-designed and comfortable living space. The floor plan was thoughtfully laid out, maximizing the available space without compromising on functionality. The interiors were modern and stylish, creating a pleasant atmosphere to come home to. The management and staff at 505 Malcolm St. SE were exceptional. They were always prompt and attentive in addressing any concerns or maintenance requests I had. The on-site maintenance team was efficient and friendly, ensuring that any issues were resolved quickly. One standout feature of this complex is the range of amenities provided. The fitness center was well-equipped and convenient, allowing residents to stay active without having to leave the premises. The communal areas, such as the lounge and outdoor spaces, were beautifully maintained and provided a welcoming environment to socialize In conclusion, my experience at 505 Malcolm St. SE was truly delightful. From its excellent location to the well-designed apartments and exceptional management, this complex offers a comfortable and convenient living experience.     They don't allow full-time students, and they certainly aren't low income if that's what you're looking for. They require at least 41,000 a year for you to even qualify.
