Warning- Do Not Rent

I’ve had an extremely poor living experience here at Fusion. I don’t usually write reviews but I could not (not) say something. This is a warning to whoever is looking into leasing a unit. The area is very sketchy and not safe for children let alone women. The gates are constantly braking and will often remain open at night. There are homeless constantly coming through the property (even if gates are closed.) I was approached at night by a homeless man who entered the property and needless to say ...
I don’t feel safe living here. I did some research and the crime rate is also extremely high in the area which is alarming in itself. On top of all of these issues- rent is constantly going up and they raise the fees on water, sewage, etc. I would most definitely not recommend living here.
