The leasing agent, Hudson Reyes, that helped us get applied and moved in was awesome and made the entire process incredibly easy as well as answering any questions we ever had. He was quick to respond when we had issues filling out the application and always offered to make it as easy/stress-free as possible. I did note on the initial request to give me a heads up before they entered- I have a cat and wanted to make sure she was put in a room so she wouldn’t try to escape. Terrible place to live
January 11, 2023Granite Point Apartments, 4500 Truxel Road, Sacramento, CA 95834 is not only expensive, but the service to tenants is terrible. This place is not safe. Even though is gated, there was shooting and murdered in this complex. There are a number of tenants who do drugs and drug dealers. Pot smokers are everywhere in the complex and the smoke and smells get into the apartments either next to it or above it or below it, and when the tenants complaining about it, they didn’t do anything. Expect your ...rent always go up and increase at maximum percentage that they can increase. There’s a rent control in Sacramento, BUT they can increase up to 9%, and that’s what they’re going to increase it, 9% every time! When it comes to service, they are super slow! When appliances are broken, it takes more than a month to replace it. Then they replaced it with a different model and style, a cheap one. Also, cockroaches, mice, ants, and other bugs are everywhere too. All in all, we are not happy and not satisfied at the Granite Point Apartments. Keep searching - this place is bad
August 9, 2022Do not rent here! there may be better options especially for the price. The office staff lacks communication and professionalism. Wait, is the office open yet or is it still closed due to COVID? There are bugs all over, including ants and roaches. I keep hearing other tentants say they have ants in their apartment too. As clean as I am, they too keep coming into my apartment. The hallways to your place will be filthy and depending on location, full of spiderwebs as there is ZERO ongoing cleaning ...of the hallways. Also they allow disposal of furniture here in the trash areas as there is always a whole apartment furnishings in the dump areas. Good luck fitting your trash! No signs for those irresponsible tenants either, and security doors are always wide open. Why bother calling it a safe and secure complex. Anyways, there are too many negatives. Dont waste your time like I did.
April 15, 2022I would give 0 stars if possible. I arrived at 3pm for an appointment I had to tour the apartments. Come 3:40 and I am still waiting and was barely able to reach anyone on the phone just for them to tell me they didn't have my appointment down and that I can wait another 30 minutes and would be able to tour then. I live 40 minutes away from this place, so I totally wasted a good 2 hours of my life waiting for nothing. I wouldn't bother trying to rent from this place they clearly do not care. ...Imagine living here and what a disaster it would be to try get ahold of someone.
