In the center of the property is the Amenities center. The amenities center has the rental office and includes a work out facility and party room. Office Hours are 9:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday and 9:30am-3:30pm on Friday's. Schools Northport Elementary K-5 Robbinsdale Middle School 6-8 Robbinsdale Cooper Senior High 9-12 Rental Requirements: Income must be at least 2.5 times rent level. Credit- We do not go by score but will be looking for collections, unpaid bills, and open balances. Rental History- we looking for good rental history. We do accept individuals that have had a UD as long as the UD has been satisfied. Criminal History- We do not accept anyone with a violent crime, theft, or felony in the last 20 years.

February 28, 2019I been living here for 13 years, the residents are good working class people who cares about there surroundings. The management team is professional,caring,and sharing with helping the residents in any situation if needed. They strive for respect,honest, and dignity in helping residents in time of needed.
