Halstead Tower is an excellent choice if you’re interested in the fairest (but-still-vastly-overpriced) DMV area apartments with great amenities, assigned parking, and a friendly, helpful leasing office. This community is very pet friendly and the maintenance team is excellent.

Decent apartment, noise from outside is really bad though, which includes the dumpster/compactor. And the stench of weed is pretty much constant and will invade your unit.
