Great if you like water off constantly

Water is always being turned off for water leaks somewhere. Washers/dryers always needing repairs. They are always coming in your apartment for something. They schedule sprinkler inspections, then later fire alarm, then later plumbing, then owner inspections, it never ends. Can you do them at the same time please? You are constantly inconvenienced and taking days off work unless you want them to roam your apartment without you there. They offer no amenities. Even shut down clubhouse and events ...
they used to brag about being a community. Endless noise from Fire Engines/ambulance on Jefferson st. In this case Location is NOT everything.

Inadequately built and designed by the hotel

The place is run down and paint over things to make it look pretty kind of like a white wash grave grave grave there’s asbestos and mold and mildew inside the walls you can’t see it because the paint of it there’s no insulation throughout any of the units absolutely sweat in the summer there’s no air conditioning is the dishwashers countertops I sprayed on and the toxic the carpet is terrible and there are wooden stairs and carpet over wooden stairs only two stairways of the north and the south ...
end of building there’s a tiny elevator 3 x 6 in indigo should be a freight elevator for seven people move in and out they’re breaking the other elevator down this was designed by the hotel absolutely you can tell when you walk in if you know anything about construction.
