2005-2023 I have lived here since the apartment complex was built. Staff and maintenance are great. So nice being close to the interstate, and Newport News Park.

I moved in thinking I made the right decision. I wished I didn’t move here at all! First off the appliances don’t work good. I’ve had to get my dishwasher fixed several times, and when I first moved in the bottom of it was dirty. One of the stove tops didn’t work and it took them weeks to acknowledge my work order. Not to mention the nosey neighbors, you’ll have to be quiet as a mouse to live here. The whole neighborhood is the neighborhood watch.

This is the place you call home. Just blocks away from the Interstate and a nice family park. Close to shopping centers and minutes away from schools. This nice quite apartment complex has onsite laundry facilities along with a playground for the children. In our spacious 2 and 3 bedroom we offer 2 full bathrooms with full sized washer and dryer hook-ups. Nice wall to wall carpet and your own private balcony. If you are looking for something nice and quite well this is the place to be.
