Low class apartment complex with drug infested units. Terrible representation of what you’d want to see in the United States. Feels as if it’s meth capital Seattle.

My home was broken for the second time! The first time my back door was opened when I pulled up this has also happened to my neighbor on the first floor as her son was home and someone was trying to pick the back lock! On December 20th, 2019 I walked in the back door as my parking space is in the back, to find my front door opened! The front door was freshly per the police chipped and looked like a credit card was used to door to swipe as there was white marks on the front of the door. At this ...

time January 11,2020 I still do not have locks on my door to feel safe in my home nor did management even take this serious! I requested a new door and a deadbolt as I am a single mother with two childern I overheard the office manager and maintenance say from my camera that I have inside which they did not realize I had it on, when they came to look at the door: oh this was nothing that’s it! Uh I almost walked right past this! And she wants a new door! These apartments are VERY uninhabitable! the way the management handled the situation was very poorly and was not at all sensitive to my situation. This is emotional, and the trauma and feel unsafe and violated and to still have NO new door or lock is unacceptable! I asked several times for corporate number and yet I received no number or call not one single response.

Terrible insulation. Horribly old, warped, impossible to lock or latch doors. Cockroaches. Multiple species. Dead ones litter the basement floors. Thin walls. Cracks/leaks in the walls everywhere. Got a flat tire from roofing nails falling off the roof. Terrifying metal stairs as back entry that are unsafe and not up to code.

Horrible place to live and raise a family. Nothing but crime is inhabiting this neighborhood lately. My kids nor my wife feel safe to come out outside at night, people are constantly speeding down Leslie Street and no one wants to do anything about it. Look elsewhere when doing research on apartments, if safety is a concern.
