Vintage is great value for the location. To be a block off of McKinney and paying 1450 for a 2b2br with 980 sq feet is very convenient. That being said... it is not as nice as some of the others in the area. There are constant little things that will be broken (call box, grill out of propane, etc) and having to walk across the street to the garage is also kind of a pain when the weather is bad. Also, not very fond of having carpet in the living room considering we have people over often and it ...
