Bug and Mice infested! Not recommended at all!

My family and I have been here a short time. This is one place I wish we would've NEVER moved to! Now the school next to is great and all of the surrounding places to go to is great! The Millbrooke Apartments themselves are very poor service to residents. The apartments are bug infested along with mice! No one in management here really cares about the resident's living. You can hardly reach anyone in the office unless you call over 15 times! They lie telling you all utilities are included except ...
the lights but thats not true! This place is only about taking people for their money! Not concerned with the resident's at all! They make it clear they want the rent by emailing you sooo many times ahead! But will not do anything to take care of the pest and rodent problem in the apartments outside of sending pest control to spray the apartment with water it seems which seems like it brings more pest and rodents! I dont recommend living here at all.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have had the displeasure of living in a long time! It takes months to get a light fixture replaced, a faulty faucet, a door lock, and a garbage disposal. They change policies half way through your lease costing more money to pay rent!
They raise your rent and make you pay the raise in rent. Promised upgrades with up in rent still not completed while charging the money for the upgrades!
There are upgrades like the furnace where the electric wires are ...
hanging outside of the wall because it was improperly installed.
