Poor management and bad apartments

I wouldnt recommend anyone to move out here. Poor management and bad apartments. I have had so many issues with this apartment. I only been here a year and I have experienced my ceiling collapsing from it raining in my apartment to leaky windows when it rains to my ac unit not draining properly and water touching the circuit board inside my unit to a crack in my tub that im being faulted for and being charged for. They are well aware of the building having water damage and repair issues but take ...
their sweet time to get it fixed. My ceiling alone took two months to get fixed. My ac unit took a few weeks to get fixed and everything else took a few weeks as well.

LEAKS & MOLD EVERYWHERE

Believe me If you love Leaks in your home & living the swamp style life then this place is for you. Move than 1/2 of the apartments are for rent due to mold in the windows, ceilings & bathrooms. They paint over the mold before move in & within months you will start to see the leaks starting. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY WORK ORDERS. This set off Office staff/ main. worker is the 8th set of workers to come in & try to fix the place but upper mgt will not give them the funds to do so. Mgmt either ...
end up quitting or getting fired because they are on the side of the residence & they refuse to fix but insist they keep renting so the corporate company can pay back the investors they owe. Belive ME, stray clear away from this place, its a waste of moving time & energy. Crazy thing is the Office Mgt has admitted to the Corporate officers comes down from North Carolina & throws away allot of the main. orders so the work doesnt have to be complete. Building Codes & Compliance have been called on them many times before & they are currently under investigation now from what I understand. Its a shame how they expect people to live but will harass you for rent w/o fixing ANYTHING.
