July 28, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comBeen living on the gated side of notting hill for over 2 years now and my wife and I absolutely love the area. Close to i4 and Publix with tons of food options nearby. Very high end feeling in this community.

July 12, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comYes, it’s a pretty neighborhood. Unfortunately my car was broken into my first month living here, and pro tip for future buyers: if you get a unit near the Panera plaza, you’ll get woken up to landscapers at 2am multiple times a week. They’re individually owned so this was MY issue, but moving in, the guest toilet was broken as well as the shower. The blinds were broken in multiple rooms. There were visible water leaks on the walls. There were carpenter ants as well as some roaches. The closet ...door in the guest room was broken. All of these took 2 months to fix! RENT OR BUY ELSEWHERE
June 10, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comIf I could possibly give it a lower rating I definitely would . Where to being ... well all seemed OK for the first 4 months ; with the exception of the extremely thin walls !! I can hear my neighbors conversations and hear every time they cough , these walls are insulated with paper! Then in December 2016 my brand new SUV was stolen from right in front of my apt. Mind you that there's a sheriff that patrols the complex throughout the night but he didn't see a thing , it was found 5 days later in ...Orlando ; totaled after the kids went on a police chase . Seminole county sheriffs office informed me that 2 wks prior to my car being stolen there was another one in the same complex that was also stolen by the same guys ; management NEVER informed the residence that there were cars being broken into and stolen then on may 30th 2017 my home was broken into nothing was taken thankfully , seems like someone scared them off , HOA would not cover to replace the door and i had to split the cost with my landlord . AGAIN management never made the residence aware of criminal activity . Instead they send out flyers daily to inform residence of things like ; your car is loud ; a neighbor said they saw your kids playing outside this is against HOA rules (lol a joke but similar to the stupid stuff they send out ) please remove bikes from the hallways ; your blinds are not white please change them , parking is first come first serve etc . This place is a real JOKE please if you have a good job decent credit and want to live somewhere safe and nice choose elsewhere . The management team here are the biggest joke of them all . I have never come across a more ill managed place than that of Nottinghill. I feel like i'm living in the projects , so bad that I refer to where i live as the hood of lake mary/ Heathrow . My lease is up soon and I am NOT renewing .Read More
