Quiet, safe and affordable

It's really hard to find safe, affordable family homes in the Twin Cities so I'm glad I was able to find this one. The neighborhood is great and quiet. Not all of the units are the same, and as people move out the apartments get updated. I moved in recently and have new carpeting, cabinets, countertops, stove and fridge and a dishwasher. There is a coin operated washer and dryer but it beats having to lug all of your stuff to the laundromat since there aren't many close by. There is central ...
heating, but no central air conditioning. The main bedroom has an a/c unit but the rest of the house doesn't. The windows close horizontally so a regular a/c window unit won't work, you'll have to buy a standing a/c unit. There are a lot of families with kids, so if you have a family there will be lots of other children to play with. If you don't have kids then be prepared to hear them playing, especially during the summer months. Overall a great place to live. If they could add a pool to the complex that would be even better!
