September 19, 2016Lived at Parkside for almost two years and it's wonderful. The area is safe, quiet, clean, and convenient. The front office is wonderful, and they have all worked here since I first rented, a rarity in apartment complexes. It's not a huge complex, so they actually know a lot of the residents when you walk into the office. They are wonderfully courteous and helpful. Maintenance is performed quickly and efficiently. So much happier living here that where I was before. Love it!Review from Apartments.com

August 10, 2015Parkside on the Creek has been one of my favorite apartments that I have lived in. It is a safe community. The staff is friendly and knows you by name. The location is great. It is right next to a dog park and nature trails which is my favorite part!Review from Apartments.com
Best yet
July 28, 2015Where this is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in, it is also the most expensive. We are paying a lot for a small space with older appliances. However! You get what you pay for.. The ladies in the office are fantastic. They are friendly with everyone and when you need something done, it's done! I love this apartment complex, I just wish it were bigger with newer appliances and upgrades for the price.Review from Apartments.com
