Very poor customer service
August 6, 2019I applied on line July 5, 2019. On July 6, 2019, I canceled my application. The web site states my $150 holding deposit would be refunded in 21 days. It is now more than a month and I have not received my refund and can get no answers, no response, no returned calls from the manager, Geneva. This is a terrible way to do business. Poorly managed and unprofessional property management
December 10, 2018I have tried unsuccessfully to correspond with the management here. I have emailed and called and no one ever returns your phone call. It is like you have entered the twilight zone. Yet, they still have their sign out that says they are leasing. I spoke with the manager at the adjacent apartment complex, Montecito,who manages Portolla, and she was very unprofessional. She could not be bothered to get out of her chair and talk to me, but instead stayed seated with her back to me and talked to ...me over her shoulder. She said Portolla was full and that they were overwhelmed with the amount of work they had. I just wonder why then they still advertise that there is availability when they can't accommodate you? Poorly managed
September 6, 2018I had an appointment to visit this apartment complex. The day of the appointment, someone called me and said someone was out sick, could I reschedule. I had no problem with that and rescheduled for the next day. The day of the appointment I arrived there on time. The leasing agent said she would be right with me. After waiting a half an hour I left and called to reschedule my appointment. No one called back. Poorly managed property.Review from Apartments.com
