Great place to call home
December 11, 2025Since living they have been nothing by amazing! Amber is very responsive and very tentative to the needs of the residents and knows most of us by name. She cares for the kids and aids them when they walk through the office to get to the apartment and offers them water. The events we have allows us to get to know each other.. I love attending them !!! The maintenance is great and also knows us by name. Its a small community and feel slike family ..Property Manager Responded

Roaches and Dog Poo
October 26, 2021This property is super calm and clean and the property manager is just down right endearing BUT the roaches and the horrible smell of dog poo Everywhere is enough to disgust a person for the rest of their lives... I have neighbors who have had roaches and just have up on any hope of getting rid of them. Dogs literally poo on the sidewalk and its just left there... Maintenance resolves issues over time but not right away... I would advise that the apartments are also changing... The newer tenants ...are a little less considerate... Walking dogs without leashes, according through the parking lot and coming in through the exit gate not to mention leaving garbage in the middle of the parking lot... She is very kind and always has a smile on her face. Maintenance takes care of you almost as soon as you put in your work orders. The landscaping is beautiful; it's so park-like! Not worth it
September 11, 2017I have been at this apartment for about a year and 8 months. At first, the apartment was a great place to live at but for the last 8 months it's turned into a nightmare. I live on the first floor so I always have snakes or rats in my apartment. The management office always says it's part of living with "the nature". I also have a covered parking space which is part of my rental payment but I always have someone who takes up my spot. I have had several complaints filed to the management office ...which only consists of two people for the whole apartment, they always ask me they will fix it but nothing is ever done. I am tired of hearing about the tow folks monitoring the parking spaces, as long as I have lived here I may have seen those guys 4-5 times. We also have to pay for valet trash but my neighbors stack up so much of trash that it continues to block my entrance to the front door and you can forget the smell/flies I also have to deal with. The maintenance staff is probably the only good thing about this apartment. The customer service of the management office provided is horrible. If they like you, then they will take care of you and if they don't then you're completely out of luck. They will hold you responsible for the monthly payments but for the responsibilities and services which are part of the rental agreement is not upheld by the management team of Riverwalk. For the amount of money charged each month, this apartment is just not worth it. If you're looking at these apartments are your next new home, please do not buy in the whole "upgraded apartment" speech. You will be given used appliances and yes there is a roach infestation which you will be dealing with daily. Hopefully soon the time will pass so I can move out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Quiet, Relaxed
July 26, 2015The community seems for the most part quiet. Within the last few months they did add excessive speed bumps throughout the property which does cut down on the speeding but at the same time is extremely annoying, especially since some of them are on the large side. Maintenance is pretty quick at responding. Overall I would recommend the apartment complex, even if the rent is a little on the high side.Review from Apartments.com
