April 14, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in Seven Corners for 3+ years now, and absolutely love it. There is a reason there's a waiting list every year! The units and building are well maintained. Management is very friendly and quick to respond to inquires or maintenance concerns. Super convenient location with Trader Joes and many restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get to the lightrail and bus stop. They deliver packages to your apartment. Small security concerns from time to time (it is in Minneapolis after all), ...but I have never felt unsafe and management is always quick to respond to any issues.Read More

The building does allow smoking in the rooms, which is a bit of a disappointment, the smoke does leach into the halls and into living spaces of adjacent apartments. The complex is dated but for the price it is to be expected. The neighborhood is wonderful, close to the University of Minnesota, bars and restaurants, and trails for biking and running. There are Great Resurants and a Theater is just around the corner.The Staff at Seven Corners is a great support team. And three times a year Staff do a community dinner for the residents. It's a very quiet building which is shocking with 90% of the resident are college students, its a great place to live. The building is always improving.
