Well, this condo complex is closed to a major highway just minutes from downtown, common areas are well maintain, it is gated has security on the premises, staff is really helpful, over all this is a great place to live

Silverfield - Great Starter

Silverfield has different owners so experiences may vary, but my experience here has been generally good. The landscaper has been quick to respond to issues, as well as the property management. It's a gated community with on-site security, secure mailboxes, and assigned parking. There's also a pool that is open the majority of the year. Small pets are acceptable as long as they do not cause a nuisance. Most importantly, the rent is very reasonable and I've seen improvements since I've been here ...
and have been generally happy with my experience.
