Glorious living room spaces & amazing kitchens

The living room is awesome. The windows that go from the ceiling to the ground, makes the home look so big. The kitchen is modern style. Love the wood in the black and silver theme. Love how every floor is color coordinated.. I have a two bedroom two bath, amazing if you have kids. You get a standup shower connected to your master suite, along with a walk-in closet and then my kids room, have their own bathroom with a tub. All room rooms have huge windows. Tons of lights during the day it makes ...
the home feel super big. Tons of Closet space kitchen has a whole food cabinet along with cupboards.. built-in microwave and dishwasher makes life so much easier and the central air is what topped it off for me. Make this your new home you won’t regret it!

I would recommend it for most things, just not for the parking, smokers in the building (smell of cigarettes and weed), and robberies. I had 4 bikes stolen and nothing was done about it. No cameras added. Two of those bikes were stolen from inside the underground parking garage. And in one of those instances my bike lock wasn't cut, the actual bike rack was cut in order for the robbers to steal my bike.

Warm and affordable. Great design that my guests love. However, the common laundry rooms with dog fur in the machines are always a minus. Trashshute room stinks and sometimes I find silverfish bugs in the room since my room is right next to the trash room. Love the windows though and parking and the dishwasher. The fire alarm sound is way too loud. I don't have pets but I think it must be super stressful for them. Especially if they are alone inside. Also, if you leave stuff at the garage, ...

Mary and the rest of the maintenance staff are absolutely a breath of fresh air to work with, most of the office staff as well, but the new tenants we're getting in don't seem to respect the property at all, and they don't keep shared living spaces clean, a lot has changed at Stone Arch in the 5 years I've lived here
