Rents will most certainly continue to rise to market rates and management will find any way to nickel and dime you that they can. Have any issues that you want management to address? I'm sure they'll send you an email that's reassuring yet non-committable! Wanna get back in shape? You'll love the broom closet they keep open for us to workout in! Why pay for laundry once, when you can actually pay for it ...twice!! It's a thrill to feed the machine coins and then also pay utilities on top of it. Leasing agent Wade is great and easy to work with, Max from maintenance is the best. I had an issue (on my end) and he was quick to respond. The area is great and the price is very affordable.
