The Arbors Apartments offer unique and spacious floor plans with abundant storage and walk-in closets. We feature large kitchens with windows, pantries, and an adjacent dining area. Our bathrooms have double sink vanities, with a separate area for bath/shower. We have sunken living rooms, skylights, and windows galore! Most of our third floor apartments have wood-burning fireplaces and all of our 1 bedroom apartments have dens. We are close to schools, parks, shopping and on the bus line to downtown. February 5, 2018I called inquiring about an apartment and they lady who answered the phone was horribly rude and inpatient. It is very frustrating to try looking for a home and find one that interest you and the people are rushing you off the phone and not willing to answer your questions! After being treated so poorly I was still interested in the property and asked the lady if she could be more pleasant and she hangs up on me. Great Place to Live
December 8, 2015My husband and I moved to Bloomington for jobs and we found the Arbors. Even though we were only there a short while our experience was great. The property manager always responded to things quickly and was able to fix any problems. The caretakers were great as well, they also responded in a timely manner to any issues. Overall, the whole staff was great to work with and were always friendly. The apartments are very spacious compared to how much the rent costs. These apartments were the ...biggest ones we were able to find with how low the price was.
