February 10, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI would recommend living here due the area and the amenities of the area, but until the property is brought up to standard that would make the expensive rent worth paying, I would have to give that caveat. I intend to stay until my parents pass, as I will not be moving them again, but long-term residents are due the consideration of lesser rent due to their good tenant history and stability.
