January 20, 2019This place does NOT have a fitness center, does not allow animals, does not have parking unless you go through a third party to pay for it. The secure door entry does not work. No working intercom system or door open for buzz or working bell. there are random people sometimes hanging in the stairwell that DO NOT belong here and clearly look high. The heat is very bad. VERY VERY BAD. Bathroom and other walls to exterior are frosted during the winter inside your apartment. And the Heat is ...Controlled. There is an infestation of ants that they cover up with black and brown plastic based carpeting, which also hides the mouse dropping very well. The maintenance staff is horrible with communication as is the rest of the management staff, nor can they be held accountable. The appliances are new as are the bathrooms if you can fit in the bathroom. Good water pressure and hot water. The Noise level is bearable. You can hear your neighbors tvs, vacuums, ect., very easily from the hall and somewhat in you apartment, but at the time most of the tenets are quiet.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
