It’s in debatable shape, not enough for it to be condemned but in a state where there are constant issues that resurface or go unaddressed.
--- The Neighborhood ---
I understand it’s a mixed income neighborhood, so the vibe is going to be drastically different from downtown Falls Church, or Ballston or Tyson’s Corner or anywhere like that, but it’s important to know what you’re getting into.
--- The People ---
Half the people in this building lack social grace ...
and common courtesy. The worst offense was someone smearing human waste on the hallway walls on one of the floors, I only know this because the front desk clerk was running around cleaning it up when I went down to sign out a package delivered to me.
--- Conclusion ---
Avoid this building if you’re looking to buy. If you’re a renter and don’t have many options then by all means move here but work on affording better conditions as soon as you can.
