October 12, 2016I'm one foot in and one foot out with this place. The staff are very nice , but without a constant reminder from you they won't do their job. Any issue you have , you have to stay on them about it until it's fixed or it'll never get fixed. Im speaking on maintenance and office staff, but like i said they're nice about it :) The neighborhood is clean for the most part, there are quite a few children out here but they aren't obnoxious. The parking spaces are EXTREMELY tight and there are hardly no ...visitor parking spaces. Keep that in mind when it comes to having family over for the holidays. Aside from these things, you'll love it here. Sincerely, a resident just waiting on my lease to end :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible apartment complex
July 6, 2016I moved in September 2014. The good: the inside of the apartments are beautiful. The bad: the leasing office/ property management are the most disrespectful people I have ever met. Last year's lease was over 4 months behind in signing and the office showed no interest of getting the paperwork for it started. The property manager, Matt, was extremely rude to me when I call him to discuss issues by cutting me off and never returning phone calls along with my favorite excuse he gives me "we are ...busy, it's a large apartment complex." Half the girls at the leasing office don't know anything about what's going on and will give you the run around about everything. They had a business come in called Blue Martin Development to install fire stoppers over the stove, I requested to be home since these people are strangers and I wasn't comfortable with them in my apartment alone. The office told me I signed in my lease that I didn't have to be home when someone came in and the company stole jewelry from me and had gone through my clothing drawers. When I brought it to the attention of the leasing office they told me it was my fault, I should have had my valuables locked up and there was nothing they could do about it because they were an outside contractor. I've had appointments with the leasing office that were forgotten about after waiting 40 mins because they "were busy helping someone else" and need me to reschedule ASAP or I'll get terminated... excuse me? The lease itself is in a 3 point font with multiple errors and paragraphs that cancel out what another part of the lease stated. There is no security here. The guard will park his car and leave it here, but there will be no guard in it. Parking is a nightmare. Visitor spots are a joke because the only people that park in them are residents who didn't get their car registered or residents that are holding the spot for a friend to come. I've brought multiple issues up to the leasing office with a quick "we'll look into it" and no change. The office is disorganized which causes for constant miscommunication. I'm extremely disappointed in this place and doubt it will last even 5 years. My opinion, don't lease from the Franklin Johnston Group and especially not here. They will scam you, lie about conversations you had with them and treat you like garbage in your own home. The list goes on and on of the errors at this place. Best of luck finding a place to stay but please, don't get yourself caught in the mess.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The pointe at pickett farm
October 7, 2015Overall I must say the apartment itself I loved! Being the first one to live there was a bonus, new appliances, large closets, the rooms are very spacious, and my neighbors in my building were pretty amazing and helpful! You can't beat it for the price. You're right next to two shopping centers, a mall and many food places. The downside of it all was the neighborhood did not stay quiet for long, there are way too many kids running around scratching up cars, sitting on trashcans, or just being ...plain disrespectful to other residents and not enough parents caring about what they do. Another problem was the people in the office are not too friendly and sometimes not the most knowledgeable when it came to taking care of business. If you're looking for something at a good price for a short amount of time I recommend, but I do not recommend for a long period stay.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I love that the apartments come equipped with a washer and dryer and that they are very spacious, with nice large bathrooms. Also, it has a very nice patio.Review from Apartments.com
