Track 29 is a great place to live overall — it’s well-located, the staff is responsive, and the amenities are generally well-maintained. That said, several dog owners (myself included) are concerned about the broken water fountain in the dog park, especially during the summer heat. It’s important for keeping our pets safe and healthy. We understand that some decisions are out of the management team's hands, but we’d really appreciate if ownership could prioritize this as a safety issue. Even a ...

So far I have had a great time at track 29. I’ve enjoyed using all the amenities and the location is amazing! I do wish the bike storage was usable, however we’ve made do!

I love living at Track 29. I just signed my second 1 year lease because living here has been a positive experience. The office staff is present and on-site most of the week and they reply to emails quickly. They also plan great community events that make it a really nice place to come home to. The residence are all friendly and respectful. I feel very safe and proud to live here.

It’s fine. The walls are kind of thin, the amenities look better in pictures, and the landscaping tries. Not bad enough to leave, not good enough to brag about—just solidly, undeniably mid.

I absolutely love living at Track 29. The building is safe, clean, beautiful, peaceful and meets all of my needs. I especially like that the office staff is actually in the office during the week and are very responsive and engaged with the community One star is knocked off for various smaller feature never being operational, ie- light bulbs being out on roof, the mister never working, trashes in garage or outside being overfilled, and pool cues in the community room being busted since I ...

Overall great place to live. Helpful staff when needed that are timely, great appliances in the apartment, nice amenities including the gym and pool which I use frequently, and outdoor spaces which include grills. Location has also been great being walking distance from so many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and cafes.
