July 3, 2025Track 29 is a great place to live overall — it’s well-located, the staff is responsive, and the amenities are generally well-maintained. That said, several dog owners (myself included) are concerned about the broken water fountain in the dog park, especially during the summer heat. It’s important for keeping our pets safe and healthy. We understand that some decisions are out of the management team's hands, but we’d really appreciate if ownership could prioritize this as a safety issue. May 19, 2025I love living at Track 29. I just signed my second 1 year lease because living here has been a positive experience. The office staff is present and on-site most of the week and they reply to emails quickly. They also plan great community events that make it a really nice place to come home to. February 8, 2025I absolutely love living at Track 29. The building is safe, clean, beautiful, peaceful and meets all of my needs. I especially like that the office staff is actually in the office during the week and are very responsive and engaged with the community One star is knocked off for various smaller feature never being operational, ie- light bulbs being out on roof, the mister never working, trashes in garage or outside being overfilled, and pool cues in the community room being busted since I ...moved in.Property Manager Responded

Helpful staff when needed that are timely, great appliances in the apartment, nice amenities including the gym and pool which I use frequently, and outdoor spaces which include grills.
