The villas at Monterey
August 7, 2015My particular apartment is a two bedroom townhouse. First, the house has multiple places where cold air can leak and bugs come in. The front door is rotted, and the rear sliding glass door isn't weather sealed, letting in bugs of all sort as well as lizards. The kitchen was horribly painted and has roaches. We are very clean people and yet the roaches still come. The maintenance crew is a hit or miss on quality. Normally they just cover up stuff like the mildew in the restroom from lack of ...ventilation. The AC leaks all the time on the floor and in the restroom. Even the silicone around the bathtub/ shower controls is gone, leaving huge holes for water to get into the walls and create mold and mildew.
