I’ve lived at this community since 2020, when it first opened, and overall my husband and I truly love the complex. The location, amenities, and community have been great, which is why we’ve stayed for so long. However, there have been ongoing maintenance issues that have been frustrating, especially regarding our patio. Despite multiple reports, the exterior patio area still has unresolved damage, including visible mold and deteriorating materials falling from the ceiling. This has caused ...
damage to our outdoor rug and patio furniture. While the staff has generally been friendly, I would really like to see faster follow-through and permanent solutions to maintenance concerns. We love living here and simply want the property to be maintained at the standard it was when it opened.

The apartments is nice i like it. The people on the front desk were assuming and not so approachable most of the time. Im a new resident here and of course i ask too many questions to where is this and that and what to do on this on that. And one moe thing one of the staff when i was verifying where will be my parking spot she was telling me why did i park on a reserved parking spot without checking whether I reserved or not. It’s quite offensive. And since i am a new resident she was asking if i ...
paid the monthly rent or not without checking my file. I am the type of resident who pays on time and would not miss a rent. And i am an honest individual. But non the less i hope they improve customer service

Just an okay experience. Wish the gym was better with more equipment. Wish we had more community events as well like wine nights and game nights. The staff is okay. Sometimes they can be a bit defensive when you need help but overall they’re good.

If you’re ok with neighbors playing loud bass music, then you’ll be ok here. Management won’t do anything if you decide to play your music loud as well.

This place is nice and centrally located. Amenities are awesome. 15-20 minute drive to other areas in dallas. Only complaint is the fire alarms going off every once in a while

I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here overall. The location is fantastic, and the staff has always been courteous and professional. The property has many great qualities, and my initial experience was very positive. Recently, however, there have been some areas that could benefit from additional attention. General upkeep and cleanliness in common areas could be improved, and I’ve been waiting several months for approval to repair my patio ceiling due to deterioration and mold concerns. I still ...
believe this is a good community, and with a bit more focus on maintenance and property appearance, it could easily return to the excellent standard I experienced when I first moved in.

I enjoy it so far, however I feel some things should be changed. The environment can be dirty esp with residents who have dogs. I would appreciate proper enforce For owners to clean after their dogs. I would like dish washer and washer and dryer to be changed or at least taken for repair. They are old so I find them not performing as they should.
