August 20, 2025Never live here. It is impossible to get someone on the phone for help. Elevators are constantly broken for months at a time. Anyone can access our parking garage and have full access to the entire complex without a key. AC out for multiple weeks at a time. Every time I have called Ashley has answered and been extremely helpful! JJ came on Monday and fixed both of our issues. May 28, 2025I've lived here for almost a year, and the property is extremely safe and friendly. The proximity to corporate offices, shopping centers, and the highway make it easy to get anywhere. Management has changed a few times, but the current manager sends out lots of communication regarding property renovations, repairs, notices, warnings, etc. She and the team put in lots of work to keep the community clean, and residents are kept accountable for doing their part.
