    This service request was handled professionally and exceeded my expectations. Ricardo came to discover the problem and explained how that part was rare and he would look into the matter for me. I then left town for a vacation and came home to discover that Ricardo had completed the request and I had new inserts!! I felt overjoyed as I know Ricardo went over and above to help me. We love this community and are proud residents who wholeheartedly recommend making Windsor Metro West their home. ...

    Never live here. It is impossible to get someone on the phone for help. Elevators are constantly broken for months at a time. Anyone can access our parking garage and have full access to the entire complex without a key. AC out for multiple weeks at a time. I will never recommend this complex to anyone.

    We continue to have amazing experiences living here. I am thrilled to see so many neglected areas are being attended to. Dejai our new Community Manager is making a big difference. Every time I have called Ashley has answered and been extremely helpful! JJ came on Monday and fixed both of our issues. It was amazing to come home from work to find everything fixed and to read JJ’s nice note. He did a great job! Very happy.
