I'm Over this Place/ Run Away!!
February 23, 2019Me and my husband have been here for an year now. The parking is a mess, people have to park at the entrance so not cool! I was told 3 months ago that the parking would change and nothing CHANGE! The walls are very thin I can hear the neighbors that live two floors down and there child bouncing around. I have made 2 complaints the people in the office said that they will speak to the neighbors. I call again then the lady in the office told me if I hear the noise again after the office close that ...I would need to call maintenance so they can come and witness the noise that I'm hearing which is BS! It has been times that I'm sitting in the living room and can hear my neighbor next to me talking and laughing. Maintenance is always coming in your home during the summer. The things that push me over board was the parking and my neighbors and the kitchen is tiny no space. It's definitely time to move ASAP.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible move-out experience
February 10, 2019I definitely would not recommend living here. We had to complain multiple times to management and security about the most inconsiderate upstairs neighbors. They would play music and throw parties almost every weekend and for months, there was nothing that could be done. Also, the move out inspection was ridiculous. One week after we gave the notice, we had 5 people come to do a pre-moveout inspection. I have never seen so many people come to do a PRE MOVEOUT INSPECTION. And the last week before ...the move out date, we had maintenance coming in every day as if I still didn't live there. You also probably wont get your deposit back because they will say that all they check for is to make sure that everything is in place, then send you a bill after you have moved out with ridiculous charges . We left the apartment clean and very well taken care of even when management told us not to worry about it and they still charged us anyways. If you say you're moving out, management becomes very different and unfair. They tried to do an inspection with 3 hours notice. DO NOT MOVE HERE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Woodbridge Forest Apartments
August 9, 2015My family and I have been living in our apartment here for the last fifteen years. Even with changes in management, the quality of the neighborhood as well as its staff has remained as wonderful as the time we moved in. Being so close to the highway, close to such nice shopping centers, the location couldn't be better. Even if we wanted to move to find another neighborhood, I genuinely don't think we could find another like this one.Review from Apartments.com
