November 28, 2023A 6 month review after moving in to Forte on the Park, I wanted to wait because when you move in everything is perfect, but after 6 month living at Forte on the park everything is still perfect. as the first day, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable team, Pet friendly place with toys and treats for them on the main lobby every day!, the building amenities are amazing with a perfect location in downtown ! loving the Forte on the park
November 28, 2023Loving living at Forte on the Park!! I would like first to say that It wasn't an easy move from Seattle to Minneapolis but I can tell you that after looking for a safe, close to work and a quality place that I was looking and didn't hesitate to apply here. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and understanding about all the things that were happening at that moment, from the smiles of James, the understanding of Ryan and the knowledge of Bob (manager) thank you all. If you are ...looking for an excellent place to move in downtown but at the same time in a quiet area of downtown across the Gold medal park, walking distance to the Guthrie theater, US stadium and light rail this is the place to move and trust me you won't be disappointedProperty Manager Responded

Beautiful Property and Incredible Staff
October 24, 2023I’ve lived at Forte for a while and the property is beautiful and well kept. I’ve never had to deal with any of the amenities randomly being closed down and the third floor has a 24/7 work from home area. The property is also in a safe area of town and right next to the beautiful Gold Medal Park. I can also say without a doubt that the management is one of the best parts of the property. Galie, Maria, Ryan, and Bobby are not only professionals but put their best efforts into making the property ...feel like “home” for the residents. There are a lot of resident events (free yoga, taco night, etc) that give us opportunities to meet our neighbors and the staff. They have gone above and beyond to help residents with anything they need and are always happy to do it. From what I’ve learned from renting over the year, the staff can make or break the property—and the team at Forte is unparalleled at balancing professionalism and kindness.Property Manager Responded

Amazing with great management!
August 12, 2023The building is beautiful and feels so luxurious. The amenities are great with lots to offer. My favorite part (aside from the amazing views on top floor) is the management. Ryan responded quickly and was flexible with schedules. I showed up with a whole bunch of people to tour the building and he was not only professional and helpful with me, he kept my friends entertained and answered their questions. We happened to run into a current resident on our way back to the park, who had nothing but ...great things to say. All around was a great time with great people. Love this building!
August 6, 2023My boyfriend and I recently moved here from across the country and have loved our Forte experience. The move-in process was super smooth and the entire team in the building are very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. Another bonus: our dog absolutely loves living here and all the other pups in the building. Everyone who works here is super nice to him and has made us feel very welcome in Minneapolis. The apartment finishes are nice and anytime we’ve had an issue the building has ...been super helpful. I can’t recommend Forte on the Park enough.Property Manager Responded

Great, but hiccups
August 2, 2023The building is really nice. But I think the tenants make it less “luxury”. Lots of weed smell even though they try to enforce it. Like, it’s bad for a lot of people I knew. Also kinda thin walls/ceilings. You can hear neighbors. So much potential, just wish the tenants followed higher end respectful living.Property Manager Responded

INCREDIBLE PLACE!!
December 29, 2022I moved in here a month ago and the apartment management has been nothing but great!! I lost my key and they let me in and replaced it the next day free of charge.
