Pet Deposit $300.00 - Cats and dogs are welcome at our community! We allow two (2) pets per apartment. There is a one-time, refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per cat and $35 monthly pet rent per dog. A completed Pet Application along with a current picture of your pet(s) and veterinary records are required to add your pet(s) to the lease. Dogs categorized as aggressive breeds are not allowed and include but are not limited to: American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German

One-Time Pet Fee $300.00 - Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed one (1) pet per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is a pet deposit of $400 and pet fee of $50 due at a time of move-in.
