Cats must be kept inside and not allowed to roam freely. All cats must be up to date on shots.

Dogs PolicyYour dog is welcome! Please remember we do have restrictions for breed types. All dogs must not weigh more than 45 pounds at maturity and the carpet must be at least three years old. Please call our office to verify your apartment is pet
No aggressive breeds or combinations of breeds that are deemed aggressive. All shots must be current and pet owners are responsible for walking their dogs and cleaning up behind them. Please call the office for more information.

Owner reserves the right to limit the number, type, size or breed of any pet. Owner considers a pet to be a dog, cat, fish (up to 10 gal. tanks). Snakes, spiders, ferrets, rabbits or any other type of animal, domestic or wild, are not considered to be pets and are not allowed. The following breeds of dogs are not permitted at anytime: Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Huskies, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, or any other breed of dog that is known to be dangerous or not permitted by local ordnance.
