Come live in beautiful upper Caughlin Ranch! This spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bath, unfurnished, offers 2,425 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, plus ample storage, a Culligan whole-house water softener system (outdoor/landscaping water not treated), bamboo hardwood and tile flooring throughout the entire home, and a Smart heating/cooling digital system. The main level of the home accessible from the street and attached garage includes a large front porch and entrance way into a spacious living room, there are 2 guest bedrooms, the primary master bed with a walk in closet and master bath, 1 full guest bathroom, the laundry room, and an open concept galley kitchen, and a dining/family room with a gas fireplace that has a sliding door that opens to the backyard's upper level deck with exterior stairs down to the backyard and lower level patio. All bathrooms have been updated with new vanities, fixtures and shower doors. The master bath has a sunken bathtub. The kitchen has all newer stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, hands free faucet, and refreshed kitchen cupboards. Lower Level The lower level features, a bonus room, 2 guest bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and is accessible by interior stairs that opens to a bonus/recreation room to entertain or relax or exercise with sliding door to the back patio. There is a dog door installed next to the patio door with access to a private and landscaped backyard. The lower level of the home also provides a very large storage area of 400 sq ft not included in the total listed sq footage of home. This storage area also contains the Culligan water softener system that requires salt added on a periodic schedule. The interior of the home has been refreshed (painted) and boasts tall and vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, two skylights, recently installed ceiling fans in all the main level rooms, a natural gas fireplace, and there are window blinds installed throughout the home. Because the home is near the elementary school routes, our streets are always clear in the winter when it snows. The HOA covers the landscaping of these community amenities. There is also a security vehicle team paid by the HOA that monitors the entire community for safety purposes. The Owner pays the HOA fee. The home offers some partial views of the Sierra foothills from the front with easy access to nearby walking and hiking trails with multiple access points including Alum Creek and Cross Peake. Beautiful nature is abundant up here! The shopping center and a Raley's grocery store and pharmacy are conveniently located just down the street. There is also a Renown primary adult drs office, a children dentist in the shopping center and a couple of restaurants. Renters insurance is required for personal property and if you have pets.
