Dogs FeesAcceptable animals include domestic cats and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals including exotic pets are prohibited. All animals must be authorized by management.

There are no fees for pets. Dogs, cats and small caged animals are welcome. A maximum of two pets per unit. Although we haven't encountered a problem yet, there may be restrictions added.

Management reserves the right to deny any dog that is considered to exhibit aggressive behavior or poses a potential risk to the safety and well-being of residents, staff, or other pets.
