About 11175 W Ohio Dr
Live in a beautifully remodeled house for an apartment price! Granite kitchen countertops, hickory cabinets, black stainless steel refrigerator, beautiful wood floors, an all-new bathroom, and a beautiful backyard with deck, deck furniture, garden, and ornamental plantings. Two bedrooms and one bathroom all on one floor, with laundry in basement. The house is furnished, although only one queen bed is provided (the other bedroom is currently set up as an office). Some furnishings could be put in the garage if you have your own. The garage is not available for parking, but the driveway is. For a $100/mth utility fee, all utilities except for cable TV will be included (gas, electric, water, trash, high speed internet)--that is a big discount, but I prefer it to simplify my life. I would note that this house has a completely separate basement unit (with separate entrance, etc.), which is why I can lease the main floor at a discount. The basement unit is occupied by a very quiet and considerate long-term tenant, whom you are welcome to meet, who never goes into the backyard and who is almost never heard because of all of the installed soundproofing. Much better than a town home, and all decks are for your use alone. Shown by appointment only. I am looking for a quality person for this quality place.
