Really spacious unit with responsive management and an amazing location. You're close to everything - campus, restaurants, transit. Management gets back to you quickly when you need something.

The location of this complex was the best thing about it, super close to the University, really chill vibe and only five minutes out from 35 and 94. The management was great: really on top of any worries or concerns I had and very willing to help out. I would definitely recommend if you need an affordable and well taken care of building. I lived here for about a year, and was very pleased with my time; if you're a student this is a great choice.

I lived here for one year and would’ve signed for another if my life situation would’ve allowed! The apartment was a great size for the price, it was in such a great location for a college student getting to campus, and I never felt unsafe while home! While the apartment isn’t new or anything fancy, they make necessary updates and any problems were always respectfully addressed by management. The gas and parking spot included in rent is a lifesaver too!!!! Only not a 5 star because of typical ...
apartment characteristics (paper thin walls, vertical blinds breaking, etc.) that you’ll get even at the expensive places.

Campus East apartments exceeded all of my expectations! The location right near campus can’t be beat and the apartments provide both comfort and convenience. The units are spacious and well maintained. These units are perfect for students or anyone looking for a fantastic place near campus.
