Lovely place to call home
September 24, 2015These apartments are a perfect place to call home! Its affordable, lots of space HUGE balcony area (biggest I've ever seen in an apartment) with plenty of storage. i live on the second floor which means i get to enjoy a fireplace! its close to shopping ( has a WinCo and a Walmart nearby) and has a 24 hour gym down the street. Close to many schools and just an overall great area to live in. Very pleasant management who are super helpful with anything you need. features two pools, a playground and ...a day care center which is so convenient for working parents. Nice but expensive
August 14, 2015Decent gym, pool, and neighbors aren't bad. Rent is around 900 Dollars for a one bedroom and it's a little noisy being right by the street.Review from Apartments.com
Massachusetts transplant - They had great interaction and help!
July 24, 2015The staff at Ashford Heights went above and beyond before, during, and even after our application process. We were stymied by the changes to renting from Massachusetts and concerned that we might not be able to find a place to live after our move. The staff at Ashford Heights were patient, answered all of our questions, helped us with getting all the paperwork and information to them, and even offered some information that we didn't think to ask about! After looking at the apartment, we checked ...out some online reviews of Ashford Heights, and while many were negative, we attributed that to the fact that more negative reviews will pop up than positives. Also, most of the negativity was from prior to 2013, with one issue in 2014 that was a cause for concern. The staff validated and then reassured us that there were many changes put in place, and we saw those changes first hand. Overall, I would easily recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to move to the North Highlands area of Sacramento. The neighborhood is good, landscaping is great, transparency is great, and professionalism of the staff is excellent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
