Comfortable and feel so safe
October 5, 2022So I wanted a 6month lease apartment, I then saw Bella Palzzo whilst driving past on Westheimer. I looked them up online, & read the reviews. I called to schedule a tour and also make inquiries on the lease T&C. I spoke to Joyce & she was extremely pleasant, kind, and amazing. She listened to my needs & my needs were met. I am elated I get to join the Bella Pallazo family. Just so you know Alda is also very pleasant & she smiles most of the time. Please if you are looking for a place to stay ...with a good location in terms of proximity choose Bella Pallazo Apartment on Westheimer. Ask for Joyce and thank me later?. Joyce! Joyce!! Don’t stop making people feel comfortable on their 1st meeting as future resident(s). God bless you. Let me also tell you future residents( they have snack days for kids). Amazing service and enjoy living here
August 12, 2021Amber was my leasing agent and she has been so informative and super nice entire time and there is parking all the time near your unit, the building is only 2 1/2 years young and it is very modern and clean here and I do not hear any loud noises as well as I believe I saw security on a late night walk and it is very peaceful . overall recommendProperty Manager Responded
