Property Upkeep
April 8, 2025The apartments in this community are in dire need of a thorough power washing. The stairs and breezeways have accumulated significant grime, and the wood surfaces look incredibly dirty. It would be a simple yet effective solution to hire a cleaning service to enhance the appearance of our living environment. Residents consistently pay their rent; it’s only fair that we see some effort put into maintaining the property. I've taken the time to walk through the entire community, and it's evident ...that every building requires attention. It's disheartening that management seems indifferent to these issues while we continue to deal with overflowing trash. What are we actually paying for if the upkeep of our neighborhood and buildings isn’t being prioritized? This situation is simply unacceptable and warrants immediate action.Property Manager Responded

Caution turn and run
October 22, 2022I live here now, management is terrible, i just found a roach in my apartment. You can never call management , they pay no incentives , you pay more in waist than you pay in water. Avoid at all costs
February 14, 2022They constantly lose payments, lost our notice to not renew our lease. Maintenance requests go unanswered, as well as the phone and emails. Overpriced apartments with old features. Nightmare
February 7, 2022Keep track of all of your payments. They have lost multiple payments of mine. Office phone is never answered, calls never returned, bug issues, extra charges on account. Terrible management
August 31, 2021Since changing ownership this apartment complex has taken a turn for the worse. Maintanance doesn’t fix anything and just puts bandaids on things. You will be charged late fees even if you pay early and management will say everyone’s is like that. It’s been like this for months fix it. Walls and floors are very thin you will hear everything. Yikes Roaches!
April 28, 2019In the first few weeks of being here I saw a large mother roach on the kitchen counter! I specially asked if there were roach problems when I got here and they said no one has ever reported any… a bold-faced lye! There is also giant Silverfish here too, they will slither in your bed so I have to check my bed every night. They will then tell you not to spray which is ridiculous. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. They do keep the outside and the dumpster somewhat clean ...and the units are very spacious. April 4, 2019They have ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everywhere all throughout the apartment, and other unknown rodents!!!!!!!! Terrible!!!!!!!!! They never fix anything nor do they tell you about the problems until you move in!!!!!!!!! The worse place ever to live. The playground isn't on site, outsiders are always there having parties and doing other things all hours of the night.Review from Apartments.com
Someone who knows
March 19, 2016As it says built in 1987 and it shows, they do not enforce the size or breed of dog. Playground is not on site it is in a park next door to the complex. The schools yes they are next door that part is the truth. The stores they showed are near by but the pictures are not of those around here. The apartments they showed were painted don't expect that nor expect to be able to paint all apartments are white.
