September 9, 2021My friend has been living here for months now and I decided to take a tour as my lease at my current apartment is coming to an end soon. I called and Kendra helped me. She gave me wonderful information regarding entering into a new lease once mine ends. She also was my tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the complex and was able to answer all of my questions. The ground are beautiful and the staff has been more than helpful. I wished I knew this before
September 5, 2021They are all smiles when you sign up the lease. Then you request that the neighbor above stop stomping on your ceiling at times established in the lease contract. First, they don't even relay the message to the neighbor in the hopes the problem goes away. Then you persist and they tell you they have the right to stomp on your ceiling at any time of the day and night, essentially negating the terms of their very own contract that I have just signed. Then you vent that in the community portal and ...in return the manager, Kendra, immediately retaliate you by threatening to evict you! Yes, yes, yes!!!! When you complain about they not following the terms of the lease agreement they threat evict you! The worst yet, they track every complaint you made online, not only to the community portal, even here they track you and put it on your file! ***** It is Orwellian **** Worst yet, the online platform called MyCamden doesn't have anything to do with your lease agreement, there is nothing written in either to compromise your lease when you complain anywhere, of course, because that would be abusive. That's why I am not intimidated and I am posting here to warn everyone. DO NOT COME HERE. Read all the negative reviews, I have experienced all of them. Burglary, broken gates (just recently ALL the gates were broken for 10 days straight!), roaches everywhere, the apartment hallways stink, people put their trash outside when there is not trash collection. October 2, 2019Camden Greenway is seriously our HOME, with every meaning that word may have. My daughter, our dog, and myself LOVE being at this wonderful community. The ENTIRE office staff is super friendly and attentive. Isaiah Johnson and Amber Wegner are such amazing consultants, very thorough. Love our social events and dropping by the main office to snag a treat doe our pup. The location is exactly where we want to be and Levy park is practically attached to the complex. September 20, 2019We just got here to rent an apartment for our daughter and we’re already loving it. It looks like a safe place with all the necessary amenities within the complex. Best place we ever lived! :)
May 3, 2019My husband and I lived here for two years and it was such a fun experience for us. We are both from the suburbs so living in the loop was new to us. The community has the best resident events, the property is always well maintained, and the staff is always fun and full of energy. March 27, 2019I’ve been living at Camden Greenway for nearly 9 months, and I’ve not regretted my decision once. The location is great, the maintenance is fast and efficient, and the leasing staff are all always kind, and helpful (I love Ms. Veronica). I think it’s also important to mention that a few weeks ago I was having some mechanical issues with my car. It had been sitting in the parking lot honestly a while, and the neighbors had started to complain (understandably). All this to say my little ...hoopty was at risk for being towed! To make a long story short, I received a call from Isaiah one of the leasing experts in the office, and he offered to help get the car moved. I was thinking maybe he’d help with finding a mechanic or suggest I have it towed myself. To my surprise, this wasn’t the case . This guy is so nice, he personally accompanied me to my car, changed the flat (in his nice business slacks and shirt might I add), and helped jump start the car as well. Did I mention that it was freezing cold, and well past his work time? It was late in the evening, and the office had already closed yet he went out of his way to help! Now this is what I call exemplar service. I am so grateful for his help, and will never forget his kindness. If this doesn’t prove the integrity and the awesome service residents receive at Camden, I don’t know what will. If you’re considering moving here, please do. Great area for good price!
December 17, 2018I went there one Sunday to look at the place (one of the great things about this apartment is that they’re open on Sundays too!). I met Ashley who did a wondeful job giving me and my friend a tour of the complex, gave us all the details we needed to know. This place is in the heart of Houston, close to so many restaurants, shopping centers, parks, etc. It’s gated, has a huge garage (with access to your floor), and other amazing amenities. So many amenities, friendly & helpful staff, the maintenance team are quick to resolve any issues you have, the community is super dog friendly, it's right next to Levy park, it's super close to a Saturday farmers market, and much more! Still love it after 3 years
June 7, 2018One of the best complexes we've lived in. Love that it's tucked away from the main roads, that there are tons of green spaces and trees, and that it's close to everything. The front office, especially Veronica (she's our go-to for most anything), are all very helpful and take care of things in a timely and professional manner. Now, if we could just get the city of Houston and all the big developers in the area to stop tearing up the surrounding streets with needless construction, it would be ...perfect!Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
June 2, 2018The Assistant Manager Veronica is absolutely wonderful!! Exemplary customer service!! Moving from out-of-state she helped facilitate our relocation to Houston with exceptional ease!! She basically took care of everything to make sure our apartment was ready, the transition smooth and our unit was in exemplary condition. Professional, yet it is obvious they care about their Camden residents. Our apartment was immaculate and they do a superb job with the community grounds as well. Everything ...was taken care of beautifully and in timely fashion! Harvey's Retreat
September 21, 2017We have been displaced by Hurricane Harvey and we're very lucky to have found a temporary home at Camden Greenway. The staff are wonderful and caring especially Adam and Jordana. UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT TO LIVE !!!
March 18, 2017UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT TO LIVE !!!! My car got broken into the other night while parked in the supposed-to-be-gated parking lot, yet management didn't notify us( and it's NOT just me , they broke into 6 other cars included my sister's ). Called Camden and they said they have the security 24/7 but I'VE NEVER SEEN THE GUY !!!!! No sympathy from the staff and no help. Camden Greenway COMPLETE DISREGARD for the situation and has no interest in installing cameras inside garage. My packages also got stolen ...VERY VERY OFTEN ( 4 times) gates CONSTANTLY BROKEN while living here and it just seems like Camden Greenway DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT OUR SAFETY WHEN THE RESPONSE TO REPEATED BURGLARIES IS NOTHING !!!!!
