It could be 100+ degrees outside, and Smiley/Josh is still smiling as he completes every request with excellence. Matt knows his job so well and never skips a beat! Kelly is a joy to see and converse with! She has been truly delightful, and she is the warmth and sweetness this property needs. Eloy is also fantastic, and conveys the message that residents matter!! The dirtiest apartment! Health concern

This place is disgusting! We moved from KC to Plano. We went into it blindly. Trusted the apartment would be move in ready. It was not! There was poop on the toilet paper holder! POOP! There were bugs in the kitchen & the dust on top of cabinets haven’t been touched. Hair everywhere. They even painted over hair on the walls in the bathroom. Mildew in the bathroom. This place is absolutely terrible! We had to move again after moving from KC. ? This place sucks! I would not give it one star! ...

Poop!!!!!! Beware!!! I have 100 disgusting pictures of the apartment. I absolutely despise this place & the management.

I love this apartment. It gives me a feel of miniature home inside and beautiful outdoors. It is totally upgraded with good quality fixtures . Bay window in kitchen. Stainless steel appliances. Beautiful big mirror in bathrooms. Good quality carpet. Well lit rooms with wide windows everywhere. Very nice maintenance staff . Very prompt in providing service. I am a long time apartment resident - some 25 years; and I am well used to many such environments. So what do I really need and want? Well, a nice physical environment - for the overall complex, and especially for my apartment. And a maintenance team that cares and takes great care of the area - and my residence. So here I am and have been for some 9 years, and still going strong with my feeling that this place is great. It is near enough to primary roads, and shopping centers, and schools - ...

but not so near that the traffic noise and busy travelways that can cause difficulty in getting to them are a problem. A really nice and quiet park is near, and available for many child and adult sports activities....and for just a nice, quiet walk. Then - and maybe most important - I want a comprehensive management team THAT CARES. And Camden Legacy Creek sure has that !
