Great location, but noisy train tracks. I share a place with 2 other individuals and we all have enough space to comfortably live/work. My commute is only about 10 min (I work in NE) and so I really love the proximity. The layout is nice, rooms are a reasonable size. Walls are pretty thick so I never have an issue with loud neighbors. Wish the kitchen were a bit larger, but we manage. Overall not too shabby!
