These apartments have gotten much worse in the last few months since AMC took over the management this year. They take your packages and lock them up without access to them. When you try to approach an employee they always say that you have to call corporate, but they can't even give you corporate's number. They are gone all of the time. They aren't even on the office when you try to pay rent.

Sheila and Amanda (the leasing office) have been nothing short of amazing. They have a calm demeanor, not pushy, and will do anything and everything to help you get into a place. From the maintenance guys to the staff, we are so excited to live in the complex! We have been living in a hotel for the past 10 days, we have 2 kids, and have been stressed beyond belief. Amanda worked with us and reassured us that everything was going to be ok and that we didnt have to look anymore and she was correct. ...
Lucky, the maintenance gentleman, is so amazing! He took our kids and entertained them as we signed paper work which was so amazing. I am so thankful and excited for the future with our new home :)

The friendliest staff ever!
Maintenance is great, never had a problem.
I lived in building E on the bottom floor and couldn’t deal with the noise from the upper floor so I asked to be moved to a higher floor apartment, they moved me to building C 3rd floor and then it was great. I wish parking was specific for each apartment but only because I wanted to park close to my building, other than that it’s fine.

I have lived at Echo Ridge for 2 years and I love this place! Managers of the property Sheila and Amanda are both awesome!! They really understand the meaning of customer service and they go above and beyond in taking care of the residents!! Also, the maintenance team, especially Tim and Cody, are both quick and super helpful in taking care of all maintenance issues!! I would highly recommend living here!

This apartment is handled by the worst management people. They will trick you in signing a lease, but as soon as you move out, they will charge you 2 months penalty. Do not consider this apartment as one of the choice.

We have lived here for about 2 months now. We went with the upgraded one bedroom and it is well worth it, everything was like new. We haven't had any problems so far. Maintenance is good and all of the staff is really nice so that helps. The neighborhood isn't bad and there is a good mexican restuarant just down the road. We chose this place becuase it's a good value for the money.

I have been leaving here for the past 2 years, the neighborhood is really bad, gun shooting every few months, drug dealers live in the apartments and the police always sesrchs the apartments , staff are not good at all! The managment lied to me when i first moved in, the apartments are really old, in the winter the hot water not enough, cant take a shower for more than 10 minutes and then the hot water all gone, talked to the managment and never done anything, i suffer from asthma and the air ...
conditioner always delivers the cigaret smoke of my neighbors to my apartment. My motorcycle was stole from my garage because the garages closes and opens by itself, it took them 4 days to fix it, and i lost my motorcycle. And i have given them notes about my valuable stuff the day the garage was opening by itself, and have promised to fix it the same day and didnt do it. The management started being nice and calling once a month checking if i have any issues in the apartment after I filed a lawsuit they want to resolve it without court And trying to give me an upgraded apartment for the same price im paying for this one. Im moving out and looking for a new apartment.
