I have lived at Oak Manor for over a year now and really love the building and location. Rent is very reasonable for the location in NE, I can literally see downtown from my balcony! Additionally, for the price, I feel as though I have a very large apartment with storage-although it is a bit dated as far as appliances go. Located right behind a large shopping area, and near 35W is it incredibly convenient for city living without being right downtown. I feel very safe living there.
