Natures Comfort nestled in a upscale neighborhood

My first impression was the landscaping and all of the trees and trails that surround the property. It has a natural habitat feel to it and it’s quiet and beautiful all around. The staff were so friendly and helpful and Nicole has helped me throughout the whole process. The units are updated, spacious and clean. I can’t wait to move in.

Great Apartments in Folsom!

Office staff is great, and so are the repair-workers. I don't know about the problems people were complaining about in the reviews written four years ago, but we have experienced nothing but good! Staff was willing to work with me so I could get an apartment for a relative. Make sure you check out Overlook at Blue Ravine if you are moving to Folsom!

Renters beware

NOT dog friendly as advertised, i lived here for 4 years, after they changed management i had nothing but problems. Oh and bugs year round!

Horrible staff and bad plumbing

Place need to be inspected very badly. Left as soon as I could. Called maintenance countless times but nobody knew what they were doing. Staff very unfriendly.

Overlooking the blue ravine

The overlook at blue ravine is such a nice apartment complex with newly updated pools which my 2 year old daughter loves! The complex is surrounded in trails for biking, and walking I couldn't be more happy with my choice to move here not to mention the inside of the apartment is gorgous
