Great Place to Live for Young Professionals
August 3, 2015I am a recent college graduate and live in the 2 bedroom apartment with 3 roommates. My boyfriend and I share the front bedroom and our roommates share the master. We couldn't have found a better apartment to share. The layout it just perfect for roommates, with the kitchen in the middle of the living and dining room makes for a perfect distribution of space. The community is great for dog lovers, lots of pets and areas to walk them. City Center is also a great place to live, across from Paragon ...and several restaurants. The parking could use some work, for a gated community the gates seem to never be working properly, but that is not entirely their fault (people don't know how to drive). There is no pantry space for the kitchen, so you must utilize cabinet space efficiently. Belmont does not own their own pool area, they just share Park Place's pool which is still nice and not as crowded as you'd think for a two-complex pool. Overall, lovely place to live.
