Plagued with crime, drugs and guns

This property is a hotbed for criminal activity in the North Minneapolis area. Vehicles speed in and out of the building with no regard to the nearby homeowners and residents, much less children. There are persons coming in and out of the building at all hours of the day and night and drug deals take place in the parking lot, in the surrounding street and alley ways. Vehicles involved in shootings in the area take refuge in this building, going into the underground parking lot and hiding from ...

police. Youths from this building have been witnessed to shoot their guns, endangering the nearby residents and then running back and hiding in the building. This building as currently operated is a blight and a danger to the surrounding community.
