Poor Management, poor communication.
April 28, 2023I rented here for a few years and for a while all was good. Then they left me without heat for 40 days about November 12 - December 22 in 2023. After multiple attempts to have maintenance fix the issue, I escalated to Scott and it eventually got fixed. I did not enjoy waking up in a 45 degree apartment. Soon afterwards I lost my job. I decided to break my lease because I didn't deem the apartment worth hanging onto due to management. They charged me $200.00 break lease fee then continued to ...charge me rent until it was re rented through the whole process they where extremely unprofessional did not communicate and lied. I have a voicemail from Scott promising me my deposit back, but it was kept and I was charged and additional $680 dollars. The promise to work with me because I have paid rent on time for about 3 years meant nothing. I would advise not using this company to rent, not even a dog house.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
