The Radius is a brand new apartment on the University of Minnesota campus. I would give it a four-star rating because although it is new and all of the amenities are spot-on, there are still some things that need to be fixed. Management has gone through many different companies and there is a lack of communication between management and the tenants. I do enjoy living here, although I wish the management would improve.
